Technical Biding Solution Manager (Senior Manager) Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the bidding process, read the bidding technical documents in detail, interpret the bidding structure and summarize the technical requirements; 2. As the project technical responsible to communicate with different professional teams and related departments to form the standard and special configuration list of specific project models; 3. Sort out technical deviations according to the bids technical requirements and local standards, organize the bidding documents based on the bids requirements; 4. Participate in daily and topic-specific technical communication with customers, collecting their needs and answering their questions; 5. Participate in project contract negotiation, review technical terms and conditions and organize technical annexes of the contract; 6. Research on local grid connection, certification and cyber security requirements of wind turbines, and perform local compliance analysis; Job Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in international wind energy technical positions, mechanical, electrical, wind resources and other related background; 2. Proficient in the structure and working principle of wind turbine, the current mainstream technology and international technical standards; 3. Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate smoothly with customers; 4. Ability to coordinate project management and independently take charge of project bidding, contract negotiation and technical communication; 5. Good teamwork, execution and stress resistance ability.
