Position Overview

STS is looking for a driven Engineer specialized in Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics within the Renewable Energies, to perform pre-dispatch inspections (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections (container loading and unloading) for renewable energy projects informing project stakeholders of the progress of the work being conducted.

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.

在接受项目需求培训后，了解监造计划和监造清单内容。

2. Participate to the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection plan and schedule.

参加项目启动会，向供应商简要介绍监造范围、监造计划和时间表。

3. Verify the on-site conditions according to the 5M methodology prior to performing the inspection.

在执行监造之前，根据5M方法验证现场条件。

4. Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.

根据监造清单分析测量结果，监督制造和测试进度。

5. Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.

监控测试交付周期，以确保在商定的时间内完成。

6. Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.

将调查结果告知监造现场的联系人，并分析他们的改进计划。

7. Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.

8. Fill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.

9. Suggest improvements to the manufacturer to improve the inspected product and the testing conditions.

10. Propose improvement of the inspection methodology.

Qualifications and Experience

任职要求和经验

1. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.

电气工程学士或硕士学位。

2. Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures.

能够正确解释图纸、规范和测试程序。

3. Experienced in renewable energies, power electronics components, inverters, energy storage, factory inspection and quality control.

在可再生能源、电力电子元件、逆变器、储能、工厂检验和质量控制方面经验丰富。

4. At least 3 years experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site), or at least 3 years experience in a technical position in renewable energies.

至少3年质量控制经验（工厂或现场），或至少3年可再生能源技术职位经验。

5. Able to effectively communicate with project team and personnel at project site.

能够与项目团队和项目现场人员有效沟通。

6. High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver, 80+% of time on the inspection site is requested.
