Primary Responsibilities:
主要职责
Partner with Human Resournces Manager to develop C&B strategy, structure, policies, procedures incl. proper grading for AJV, salary structure, incentive plan, benefits scheme etc., and ensure the implementation;
与人力资源经理一起制定薪酬福利战略、架构、政策及流程,包括制定合资公司的组织级别、薪酬结构、奖金激励计划、福利计划等,并确保其实施;
To interpret C&B policies and procedures to business managers and employees;
为业务经理/员工阐释薪酬福利的相关政策及流程;
To partner with Human Resources Manager to formulate annual HR budget;
跟人力资源经理一起制定人力资源部的年度预算;
To oversee payroll management, and ensure on-time payment; control overtime in a cost effective manner whilst complying with labor law and local labor regulation;
负责工资的整体管理,确保其按时支付;有效地控制加班,并确保其符合劳动法及当地劳动法规的有关规定;
To conduct annual survey, regular review AJV C&B policies, procedures and make proposals for adjustments in line with market movement and business objectives;
参加年度工资调差,定期回顾合资公司的薪酬福利政策及流程,并提出建议,以确保合资公司的薪酬福利政策在具备市场竞争力的同时,与公司的业务战略一致;
lead HR intitiatives related to C&B when needed.
必要时领导与薪酬福利相关的其它活动及项目;
Qualifications Required:
人员要求
Bachelor’s degree or above;
本科及以上学历;
5+ years relevant working experience in MNC, High Tech. Industry background is preferable;
5年以上跨国公司的工作经验,工业或高科技行业背景优先;
SAP HR Module operation Experience.
SAP 人力资源模块操作经验。
Familiar with China Labor Law and local labor regulations incl. IIT;
熟悉劳动法及当地劳动法规含个人所得税条例;
Logic thinking;
逻辑思维能力强;
Detail Oriented;
注重细节;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization;
与人沟通能力强,能与组织中不同层级的人员共事;
Strong customer service focus and great team player;
客户服务意识强,有良好的团队协作精神;
Good command of English;
良好的英语交流能力;
