- Commercial Project Manager for commercial execution of offshore wind projects within APAC

- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager who will be responsible for all commercial and financial aspects during the execution of an offshore wind farm up until handover to the customer.

- In this position you should expect some travel to our offshore sites in Asia.

What are my responsibilities

- More specifically, your assignments will cover:

- Executing contracts with the aim of maximizing project profit and customer satisfaction

- Performing contract and claim management, including negotiations with customers and suppliers

- Performing risk and opportunity management, including initiating mitigation actions

- Performing project budgeting and forecasting

- Performing cost controlling and cost accounting

- Performing all commercial duties, including accounting, insurance and taxes

- Reporting on project status to senior management

What do I need to qualify for this job

- Profound commercial or financial education combined with at least 5 years' experience in project management and financial execution of large-scale, preferably international, projects

- You are a strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- You possess outstanding analytical skills, and you are results-oriented and a dedicated team player

- You thrive in an international and intercultural environment and are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Ability of other languages e.g Chinese, Danish, German will be a plus.

- Good IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP

- If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated.

Preferably, you have gained your work experience from the Wind Industry or Construction Industry. You are familiar with Project Management processes as well as with accounting principles like US GAAP, IFRS, and revenue consolidation between affiliated companies. You know New Collarboration Model and has experience in negotiation with external as well as with internal customer.
