Technical project management

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.TPM: Launch Project

• Validation of handover meeting

• Request of bank guarantees

• Analyses contractual technical specification

• Issues Factory technical definition to ETO

• Issues project scheduling, including all milestones / checks consistency with MPS

•Project schedule with customer milestones

• Organizes Factory kick off meeting with Engineering, Production, Industry dpt.

•Review of RAII and RAIC

• Reviews internally work done versus forecast

•Preparation and validation of As booked EAS+COS validation

•Customer kick off meeting preparation of technical topics and clarification.

•Submit contract documents/drawings and get them approve

2.TPM: Follow up project progress and communicate

•Owns the delivery of the product in QCD

• Issues progress report, prepares project reviews.

• Perform regular risks review and issues mitigation plans.

• Follow up of site supervision activities when applicable.

• Organizes regular Return of Experience meetings( including customer satisfaction)

•Incident during warranty period

•Validation of change of cost

•Progress report

•Follow-up of cash collection

•Customer satisfaction feedback

3.TPM: FAT & Customer satisfaction

• FAT (planning, prepare and execution)

• Finalizes acceptance list with the customer.

• Responsible to reply on time to every customer complaint

• Responsible to solve and close any customer complaint, even out of warranty.

4.TPM: Project Cost Analyses and Control

• Issues Project EAS and identify budget deviations.

• Project profitability & Project Cash on time collection.

• Follow up the customers invoices issuing and summation.

5.TPM: Logistic Management

• Imp & Exp activities monitor, analysis and actions

• Ensures Logistic prepare the shipment as project milestone and follow up the Transportation and customer clearance as per incoterms.

• Customs/CIQ rules fully follow and implement to business

Requirements:

Educational Requirements

Graduate degree/Good Spoken and Written English

Engineering background

Experience

1～2 years working experience. Excellent graduates can be considered.
