主要职责Main Responsibilitie:
1、根据公司战略和业务模式的变化,及时分析组织需求,提出人才招聘计划
Analyze the requirement of organization timely and put forward the talent recruitment plan according to the company’s changed strategies.
2、拓展和完善招聘渠道,并对现有招聘渠道进行分析和完善,提高招聘效率
Expand the recruitment channels, analysis and improve the existing recruitment channels.
3、及时完成各类人才的招聘任务
Complete all kinds of talent recruitment tasks timely.
4、负责员工关系的处理,通过建立灵活多样的渠道和方式,促进建立和谐的员工关系
Deal with the employee relationship well. Bulid a harmonious employee relations through establishing a flexible way.
5、完善员工沟通机制,及时发现员工动态,并提出相关建议
Improve employee communication mechanism, track employee status and give reasonable suggestions.
6、有效激励和带领所属团队,高效完成团队工作,促进团队发展。
Motivate team members effectively, lead and finish the jobs high efficiently, promote team development as well.
岗位要求Position Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历,具有敏锐的识人用人能力以及丰富的面试技能
Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in interviewing and identifying talent.
2、8年以上相关HR工作经验,英语听说读写流利,有海外留学背景以及外籍人员招聘经验者优先考虑
8+years relevant experience in HR, fluent in English, who has overseas study background and foreigner recruitment experience is preferred.
3、熟悉国家劳动法律法规及地方政策
Familiar with national labor law and local regulations.
4、沟通协调能力、执行力强,具有团队合作意识和全局观
With strong communication skills and well execution, good team work consciousness and global outlook as well.
