Reliability and Test Engineer by GQA
1.Job Description：
1.1 Responsible for batteries or batteries related application laboratory testing including electrical performance, safety and reliability.
1.2 Routinely report progress and prepare test reports.
1.3 Perform batteries and batteries application failure analysis of defective units.
1.4 Analyze warranty returns on an ongoing basis to identify areas for continuous improvement in product quality and safety.
1.5 Design and perform reliability testing like Accelerated Life Testing and MTTF .
1.6 Carry out failure analysis of performance and reliability issues.
1.7 Act as first point of contact both internally & externally with regard to reliability and product performance matters.
1.8 Support on testing equipment set up, calibration and equipment maintenance
2. Academic Qualifications:
2.1 Degree holder or Master degree holder in Engineering, Quality or equivalent.
2.2 3 years or above of working experience in Engineering, Quality and testing.
2.3 Certified Six sigma green belt or black belt preferred.
3. Experience Requirements:
3.1 Good knowledge of Battery and related application performance and safety testing standards (e.g. IEC61951,IEC62133, UL1642, UL2054, etc).
3.2 Understand batteries failure mechanism in details.
3.3 Familiar with Laboratory management system ISO/IEC 17025.
3.4 Knowledge of reliability testing and using reliability tools for ALT and MTTF analysis preferred.
3.5 Occasionally travel to China factories in quality field and testing support required.
3.6 Self initiative and can work independently to finish the testing task.
3.7 Good technical reporting skill in both English and Chinese . Can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
