Position Summary

•Supervision of all site winding activities.

监督指导发电机下线工作

•Support to HCD Assembly Workshop

协助成都装配车间相关工作事宜

•Supervision and execution of core components in the electrical workshop in Chengdu

并指导成都电气车间核心部套的生产

•Responsibility for safe and cost effective execution of installation works in accordance with the project schedule and specifications.

根据项目进度及要求，保证现场安装工作安全有效地执行

•Promoting and safeguarding the interests of ANDRITZ on site.

在现场工作，维护安德里茨的公司利益

Major Duties

主要职责

•Supervision of winding works in accordance with contract specifications, drawings and installation documentation.

根据合同、图纸以及安装手册要求，监督指导现场下线安装工作

•Hands-on installation and management of the installation/winding team to perform the required works.

负责现场设备安装工作，并且管理现场安装和下线团队按要求完成工作

•Ensuring that the work place is suitably qualified to perform the works in accordance with the specifications and the ANDRITZ best practices.

开展工作前，确保工作环境符合相关规范及安德里茨工作准则的要求

•Active cooperation and coordination of internal and external system interfaces. (Coordination of site activities and interface points with internal resources, other contractors, subcontractors, partners and customer)

积极协调配合内外部的工作衔接。（协调现场安装工作，以及与内部资源、承包商、分包商、合作方及业主方的沟通）

•Active cooperation and coordination to optimize site manning and cost control. 积极协调优化现场安装方式方法以及成本控制

Risk assessment of the planned works, safety coordination with others, and implementation of safety measures in accordance with the health, safety and environmental plan. 根据健康安全环境要求，对计划工作作出风险评估，安全防范，并执行相关安全条例。

•Progress and process monitoring of the works following detailed site schedule and project specifications.

根据安装进度和项目规范的具体要求，跟进项目进 度

•Monitoring and/or performance of inspections, measurements, and preparation/completion of installation documentation and test reports.

监督或执行检验以及测量工作，准备或完成安装文件和实验报告

•Timely reporting and participation in resolution of site non-conformities, and technical issues, and preparation of records for possible claims. 及时汇报及解决安装现场的 NCR 和相关技术问题，做好相关文件记录工作，避免后期索赔风险。

•Receiving goods as well as coordinating the incoming inspection, proper storage and maintenance of the goods whilst in storage.

在现场接收产品并安排来料检验，做好产品的储存以及维护工作。

•Internal reporting of accidents and incidents critical to safety (near misses)

对突发事故或危及安全的相关事件做好内部记录并及时汇报。

•Preparation of daily logs and input to weekly/monthly reports of installation activities.

完成工作日志，以及安装工作 的周报或者月报

•Preparation and timely acquisition of all required manpower, tools, equipment and devices for each particular installation process.

为特殊的安装工作及时地 准备和安排必需的人力物力。

•Compiling of the required actual drawings and installation documentation.

根据现场实际需要，更新所需的图纸和安装文件，并做好相关记录。

•Proper, safe and professional component handling.

安全、合理、专业地管理 现场的部套。

•Preparation and hand over of the spare parts, project tools and devices in coordination with the SM.

与工地经理沟通协调，完成备件、项目工具和设备的准备及交接工作。

•On-site training of the client personnel as specified.

按相关要求，对业主方人 员进行现场培训。

•Cooperation and coordination with other site staff, including Installation Supervisors, Commissioning Coordinator/Engineers.

与其他现场工作人员保持 良好协作，包括安装督导、调试人员及工程师。

•Input for final as-built drawings.

协作完成最终竣工图纸。

•To perform other tasks as assigned by company.

Competence

任职资格

•Hydraulic product site installation background

水电产品现场安装背景

•Fluent written and spoken English is a PLUS

熟练的英语书面及口头表达能力者优先

•Generator winding works for more than 10 years.

从事水电站发电机下线工作10年以上的经验

•Commercial experience and skills

商务经验及技能:

-Basic contract commercial and technical interpretation skills 基本合同商务 和技术诠释技能

-Basic negotiation skills 基本谈判技能

•Ability to communicate technical matters clearly in written and spoken English, with third parties, customers and internally.

能与第三方、业主方以及内部口头和书面清楚地沟通交流技术问题。

•Familiar with usual MS office software

能熟练使用日常办公软件

•Good communication and coordination skills

擅长沟通协调解决问题

•Work efficient , positive and target-oriented
