Major Duties:

主要职责

• Make preventive maintenance plan. Compile maintenance instruction, offer during implement. Update PM plan in time.

制定预防性维修计划。编制维修指导书，在实施过程中提供。及时更新PM计划

• Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with workshop

在维修期间提供支持和指导，配合车间

• Order some spare parts, control spare part type and volume reasonable

订购一些备件，合理控制备件的类型和数量。

• According drawing and parts, localization equipment spare parts

根据图纸和零件，定位设备备件

• Typical equipment fault analyse, compile manual, and training maintenance operator

典型设备故障分析，编写手册，培训维护人员

Competence

任职资格

•College or Bachelor Degree Major in Mechanical Design

大专或本科学历，机械设计专业

•Basic understanding the drawing and manufacturing process

基本理解图纸和制造过程

•At least five years machining equipment maintenance

至少五年的机械设备维修经验

•Experience in machining CNC machine tool maintenance

具有机加工—数控机床维修经验

•Basic English knowledge (written)

基本的英语知识(书面)

•Familiar with Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Auto CAD.
