Responsibilities:

Business Development Support

Create PV plant layout design, racking structure design to support Technical Manager.

Fully develop detailed engineering when required supported by external engineering firms

Evaluate full design by third parties when offered an existing Civil, structure, building structure design

Site audits, identification of civil, mechanical and electrical design opportunities and constraints

Evaluation and recommendation of major civil, mechanical and electrical design & components for substations

Support Technical Manager and interact with local developers on job sites to answer questions, review requests, revise designs as needed to accommodate unanticipated field conditions.

Support the BD team by reviewing technical BD documents based on preliminary project information and draft engineering design packages.

Provide procurement quantity take-offs

Attend and be proactive in the project review meetings

Support risk-analysis from the technical side for assigned projects in order to minimize negative impact on Company

Project Execution Management

Support in all technical matter when negotiating EPC contracts for subcontracting contracts, including but not limited to Site leveling design, access & internal road design, building structure & civil design, drainage system design, racking structure design

Support in all technical matters when negotiating engineering contracts.

Actively support in all technical deviation analysis during project execution

Provide feedback to all other functions and create when adequate, technical instructional datasheets and brochures in order to have all organization informed of the current and future status of the plants in terms of engineering and design.

On site work during construction period if needed.

Qualifications:

Structure, Civil, Engineering.

3-5 years working in a similar position in public utilities, engineering firms, EPC contractors, or developers on power energy, PV industrial experience will be preferable

Knowledge: PV design, Structure & Civil

IT: Auto-Cad, Office software; Load Calculation software

Skills and Personality: Enthusiasm / Quick Learner / Team work / Communication / Client orientation / Resistance to pressure/ Hands-on.

Knowledge of local and international electrical regulations, knowledge of competitions, engineering firms, technical advisors, EPC contractors, equipment providers will be preferable,
