1.Assist and monitor R&D, technology and other related departments for design and development, new product introduction and engineering change , and can optimize R&D process, new products introduction process and engineering changes process, and implement risk control

协助并监督研发、技术等相关部门对设计开发、新产品导入和工程变更流程的执行，并能优化流程，实现研发、新品导入和变更的风险控制；

2.Leading DFMEA, PFMEA, control plan, process capability study, MSA and SIP quality business forward

主导DFMEA、PFMEA、控制计划、制程能力研究、MSA和SIP等质量业务推进；

3.Responsible for trial production, to identify the problem tracking verification

负责试产总结,对识别出的问题进行跟踪验证；

4.Review whether the new product can shift from design into mass production

审核新产品是否可以进行设计转移,转入批量生产；

5.Participate in important customer complaint investigation, analysis and disposal

参与重要客诉的调查、分析和处置工作；

6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

完成上级交待的其他工作。
