职位描述

Job responsibilities:

1. Analyze comprehensive heating market and industry status, analyze customer demand, explore potential customers, and maintain sales channels;

2. According to the regional sales strategy, achieve the market sales target;

3. Track and manage sales projects, cooperate with technical team to provide professional solutions for customers;

4. Regularly report the work progress and sales completion to the superior

5. report to the sales director

Qualifications:

1 college degree or above, more than 4 years working experience, sales related working experience in lithium battery/charger/circuit management system is preferred;

2. Proficient in OFFICE software, with team experience preferred;

3. Love sales work, have a strong business heart, and have good communication skills and pressure tolerance;

4. Mandarin standard, strong product promotion and customer management skills;

5. Regional (east China shandong) customer resources and related channels are preferred;

6.Good command of English negotiation documents is preferred

*competitive salary structure within the industry: basic salary + personal commission + team commission

岗位职责:

1、分析综合供热市场及行业现状,分析客户需求,挖掘潜在客户,维护销售渠道;

2、根据区域内销售战略,完成市场销售指标

3、对销售项目进行跟踪管理,与技术团队配合为客户提供专业的解决方案;

4、定期向上级汇报各项工作进度以及销售完成情况;

5、 向销售总监汇报

任职资格:

1、大专及以上学历,4年以上工作经验,具有锂电池组/充电器/电路管理系统领域销售相关工作经验优先;

2、熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件,具有带团队经验优先;

3、热爱销售工作,有强烈的事业心,具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力;

4、普通话标准,具备较强的产品推广及客户管理能力;

5、具有区域内(华南、华东、山东)客户资源及相关渠道的优先考虑;

6、英文谈判、文书能力佳者优先考虑。

*具有行业内竞争力薪资架构:基本薪资+个人提成+团队提成
