暖通工程设计主管

职责描述：
• Lead HVAC engineering work; Following design code and standard to do the HVAC design work in project，such as air conditioning and ventilation　and also water supply and drainage part.　
• 带领暖通部门的设计工作，遵循设计规范和标准进行项目的暖通设计工作，如通风空调及给排水部分。
• Supervise HVAC Engineering (HVAC Design) including documentation;监督暖通工程设计工作及文件管理工作。
• Working with process, architecture、civil, electrical、instrument and piping discipline, and exchange design condition during work process.
• 与工艺、建筑、结构、电气、仪表和管道专业密切合作，并在设计工作中交换设计条件。
• Coordinate with other department, collect vendor technical document, check and confirm design　input　and design output document;协调其他部门收集供应商技术文件，检查和确认设计输入和设计输出文件。
• Providing the later-phase service of HVAC part for the project　为项目提供后期阶段暖通方面的服务。
• Provide site service, if needed　根据需要参与现场服务工作。

要求
• Education: Bachelor degree or above in HVAC.
• 暖通专业，本科及以上学历。
• Familiar with project specifications, project procedures (PEP, PPM).熟悉项目规范及项目流程。
• Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in Pulp & Paper industry or chemical industry, pharmaceutical and food industry. 5年以上工作经验，制浆造纸行业、化工、医药、食品行业背景优先。
• It is preferably that sound knowledge and experience in engineering, project planning and project execution.在工程设计、项目规划和项目执行方面具有丰富经验和知识者优先。Language skills: Good verbal and written English skills.良好的英文书写和听说能力。
• Computer skills: Solid computer skills mastering basics in Microsoft office, AutoCAD and other design tools.熟练使用 Microsoft office和 AutoCAD或其他设计软件。
• International working experience is seen as a major advantage.有国际项目经验者优先。
• Team player, having good communication and coordination skills.具有团队精神、良好的沟通和协调能力。
