Job Responsibility:

• First line of machinery responsibility for all machinery of the CN factory. expense claims/reimbursement

• Collaborate with the internal product development team on the tooling/manufacturing feasibility of designs, along with determining the achievable cosmetic requirements for new parts

• Manage a tooling shop, workshop and a team of technicians and machine operators supporting the design and development of world-class tooling and manufacturing processes for new development projects with demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements

• Responsible Local purchase of machinery, Local production of equipment, Mould.

• Responsibility for establishment and development of HSE issues at own factory in co-operation with the HSE department

• Establishment, implementation and maintenance of service plans. Define machine and mould service for the local maintenance shop.

• Deploy the lean method in their daily work and achieve the individual lean target.

• Own, maintain, distribute local IE task list.

• Local responsibility for CAD/Inventor/NX. Own local machinery documentation archive.

Make local factory layouts in co-operation with other technical departments

Qualification Required:

• Good communication at every level - both in writing and speaking in English

• General HSE Awareness, Organizational knowledge, Networking skills, Installation and running in of machinery good understanding of intercultural behaviour as well as an interest in working across functions and national borders. Preferable transnational experience

• Relevant experience and knowledge related with maintenance/equipment technical, leadership and management experience.

• Business improvement and lean experience.

• Business and strategic oriented, Analytical, Communication skills, overview, motivation. Experience on facility and equipment management

• Project group lead experience, Leadership skills is a requirement, Empathy, ability to motivate.
