Al/ Iron Casting Material Engineer

For our Process Industries and Drives Division in Yizheng,we are looking for a Al/Iron Casting Material Engineer/铸铝/铸铁材料工程师.

What are my responsibilities

设定材料质量目标跟踪，落实目标

Set up metieral quality KPIs and tracking the status

材料问题的解决，提高供应商的质量

Material quality problem solving and improve the supplier quality

负责材料释放过程

Responsible for material qualification process

负责指定材料检验计划

Responsible to define the material control plan

负责对供应商进行审核

Responsible for the supplier audit

What do I need to qualify for this job

有铸铝技术/铸铝摸具工作或者铸件材料管理的相关工作经验/Have Al casting technology & grinding working experience or casting material management experience

熟悉质量管理的方法和工具并能熟练运用/Be familiar with the method and tool of quality management and also can be proficient in using them

熟悉测量方法和相关的测试标准/Be familiar with the measurment method and statndard

供应商审核能力/supplier audit experience

What else do I need to know

熟悉国家与产品质量有关的法律、法规和强制性标准

Be familiar with the laws about product quality and the requirement or compulsory criterion
