Service Group leader (Service project and technical support manager)Job description1. Development, integration and positioning of Service Project Management with all internal and external stakeholders (create business opportunities, develop synergy & professionalize)2. Management of Service Projects manager and service engineering engineers focusing on both Customer satisfaction, delivery quality and Financial performance3. Development and integration of retrofit, Revision and modification combine with Life Cycle Management4. Development service engineering team competence and efficiency5. Development and further professionalization of the Service Projects manager team6. Support development of Retrofit, Revision and modification business in all maturity levels7. Align processes with relevant parties within VanderlandeRequirement1. Higher level technical or industrial engineering Bachelor degree2. At least 5 years international, multi discipline Project (and/or Line) management experience3. Ability to move the team to the next level in order to support further growth in a fast growing, dynamic environment.4. Experienced in working in matrix organizations with combined hierarchical and functional reporting lines5. Experience in project management and technical team development6. Excellent English skills7. Strong customer focus8. Commercially minded9. Negotiation skills
