Responsibilitiesl Propose and implement New Customer Development plan and Approach New Customers based on Company overall Business Target Strategyl Promote Business to Customers including Non-standard and Standard Automation Solutions. l Communicate with new Customers to make sure Engineering Team have good understanding of Customer requirements and Customer have good understanding of our Automation proposals.l Cost Management: Assess the Cost of the Machine in Concept design level and quote to customerl Lead cross-functional communication. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management. l Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making Qualificationsl Good Experience in marketing, Business Development and Salesl Needs excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills l Needs to be Result-Oriented and self motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilitiesl Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Bachelor or abovel More Than 3+ years of experience in Automation Project Management or NPI Project Managementl Fluent English Communication and good at understand customer Technical Requirementsl Experience in Assembly/Test Process in Consumer Electronics, Automotive Electronics and familiar with electronics manufacturing equipment NPI program management
