质量保证经理 QA Manager

STS is looking for a talented candidate to manage its quality assurance department and ensure proper execution of the departments activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Set objectives and plan for the department.

2. Draft/revise procedures related to existing and new QA services

3. Ensure proper execution by the department team of QA work, including BOM review, documentation review, technical/quality requirements reviews/negotiations, audits, other department activities

4. Prepare analysis, reports to clients and external partners

5. Improve company's analytics on vendors performance.

6. Design suitable laboratory tests sequence for Clients

7. Perform other duties assigned by Technical Department Director

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO9001， Extensive knowledge of PV technical and quality requirements. Extensive knowledge of IEC61215, IEC61730, IEC62804, UL1703 and other relevant certifications

3. At least 5 years related experiences. At least 2 years experience leading a small team.

4. Excellent computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word) and presentation skills;

5. Fluent in spoken/listening/written Chinese and English

6. Analytical person. Outstanding communication skills. Problem solver. Maintain high ethics and keep clients interests paramount.
