Process procedure: Input BOM number in SAP

1. 物品请购：请购本部门物品，保证部门工作的正常进行；

Issue Purchase requisition all materials of process department.

2. 参数设置：对产线参数，在SOP范围内，进行优化，更好的符合产线需求；

Set up parameter: Search optimization parameter according standard for enhance product to realize high performance.

3. 封样：对铭牌标签A4类标签的封样，进行核对确认；

Issue limit sample: verified all limit sample label.

4. SOP管理：对新编SOP申请，新修改SOP判定泰国是否需要更新翻译受控；Apply for new SOP: whether need to update new revision or translate

5. 管理规定：对管理规定要求或流程不合理处提出并进行修改；Management regulation : revise unqualified management regulation and procedure.

6. 培训：对技术员等相关人员进行培训，提高专业技能；

Training: Training related technician and improving skill.

7. 制程不良原因分析： 对产线不良升级组件，协助技术员进行原因分析、责任判定等；

Analysis problem of product NG, assist technician to analyze root cause, Person in charge of process

8. 产线异常处理：对产线升级异常，协助技术员进行原因分析、责任判定等；

Solve problem of manufacturing process: assist technician to analyze the abnormality

9. 工装：提前准备好投产版型的工装，收集工装图纸，协助生产纸档和SAP下单并跟进；

Tooling : Preparing jig fixture for manufacturing, Collect drawing of jig fixture, support production dept. to purchase the product

10. 工程变更：工程/技术变更，通知各部门知晓，必要情况下开会宣导；Engineering change : Engineering\technology change, inform all dept. and have a meeting while necessary.

11. 2TP：对泰国首次导入的新产品、新物料、新技术申请2TP并跟进指导; 2TP: Request 2TP first product, new materials, new technology , new product in Thailand factory, ,

12. 试验跟踪：对其他新产品、新物料、新技术、打样试验组件进行投产跟进； Experiment tracking: Following trial product of new product, new materials, new technology and Experiment sampling.

13. 改善：对产线不合理动作、步骤、流程，提出改善建议和方法; Improvement: unsuitable operation, procedure, process of manufacturing, provide corrective preventive action the problem.

14. 出勤安排：合理安排部门出勤加班；

Attendance: arrange reasonable schedule.

完成上级交代的其他事项；Complete other job from Superior.

资质要求：

1. Requisite Education: 本科以上学历；College Bachelor degree or above

2. Work Experience: 有行业从业经验2年以上经验；有一定的管理经验；Photovoltaic industry work experience 2 years or above Management experience .

3. Special Skills / Knowledge: 太阳能光伏、电子技术专业；Major in Photovoltaic and Electronics.
