· Prepare the electric system and automation control system maintenance plan, and update on the practice basis.

准备电力系统及自动化控制系统的维修计划，和实践的基础上相应的更新。

· Take right action to the daily troubleshooting and to recover the function in time;

对于日常运营中相关技术问题采取正确的行动，以及時恢复正常状态;

· Carry out the planned maintenance on all plant electric system;

所有工厂电气系统和自动化控制系统进行了有计划的维护;

· Develop and improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work Instruction and provide technic support for the technician;

制定和完善相关的标准操作流程或工作指令，并为技术员提供支援;

· Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filing;

检查，测试和维修记录的数据和时间;保持正确的历史记录和工程备案;

· Inspect and guide routine cleaning and regular maintenance in production lines and plant area;

进行全厂范围内的相关检查指导,日常清洁和定期保养工作;

· Assist Maintenance superintendent to inspect and manage the sub-contractors for overhaul, project, or other maintenance service;

协助维修经理对分包商,工厂大修，工程项目，或者其他维修服务进行监督和管理 ;

· Provide support to warehouse for components and equipment receiving;

协助仓库管理员对备品备件,设备等进行验收;

· Participate in engineering activities to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process;

参与工厂有关工程改进，提高工厂的生产效率，改进设备和工艺;

· Assist maintenance superintendent on components and electrical equipment evaluation, and supplier recommendation;

协助维修经理对供应商进行评估或推荐;

· Make a good electrical equipment and automation equipment document management;

做好的电气设备和自动化设备的文档管理;

· Spare parts control;

相关备品备件的管理 ;

· In charge of professional electrical and instrument training in the plant;

负责在工厂专业电器及仪表的培训;

· Cooperate with other engineer to get job done;

与其它工程师合作完成工作;

· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

执行由部门经理指派的其他任务.

有环保或者化工相关的中级职称证书者优先。
