Technical Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operative Tasks

操作性任务

• Performance of repair and maintenance work in regard to the designated product spectrum depending on personal qualifications and in accordance with current guidelines. 按照目前的指导方针，根据个人资质对指定的产品进行维修和和维护工作。
• Production and assembly of spare parts and spare-part assembly groups (incl. subordinate components) in regard to the designated product spectrum and depending on personal qualifications. 根据个人资质，对指定的产品生产和装配的零部件,以及装配组(包括从属组件)。

2. Administrative Tasks:

行政性任务

• Drafting of technical service reports and forwarding of important information to responsible order processors. 起草技术服务报告并传递重要信息给负责订单的同事。
• Preparation and post processing of service assignments (incl. prompt forwarding of documents for invoicing purposes). 服务任务的准备和后处理(包括及时传递开票文件)。
• Special Tasks: 特殊性任务
• Provision of specialized support for colleagues and other departments (product specialist). 为同事和其他部门提供专业支持（产品专家）。
• Monitoring and evaluation of high voltage tests and oscillographs depending on personal qualifications. 根据个人资质，跟踪和评估高电压试验及波形图。
• Problem assessment in regard to OLTC units and assembly groups depending on personal qualifications. 根据个人资质，进行有载分接开关和装配组的问题评估。
• Assembly of complete OLTC units. 进行完整的有载分接开关装配

Education and Qualifications

职位要求

• Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics related;本科以上电气/机械工程或机电一体化相关专业；
• At least 2 years related work experience in state owned grid companies or service companies for the national power grid are preferred. 2年以上电力设备的现场服务经验
• Good command of English (written & spoken); 良好的英语沟通，包括口语及书写；
• High willingness to travel, also abroad; 愿意经常出差；
• Assessment, prioritization and planning of customer inquiries 具有评估,排序和规划客户询问的能力
