电气工程师（光伏设计工程师）

Job Responsibility（岗位职责）
1. Overall he/she shall be the responsible for the designing, evaluating and optimizing design of the PV plants under analysis and construction.
总体而言，他/她将负责正在分析和建设的光伏项目的设计、评估和设计优化。
2.In the preparation phase he/she shall be responsible to the PV plant design and prepare different optimized scenarios that would maximize its value along the complete life-cycle. He/she, in coordination with Technical Director shall support the Business Department team with all technical aspects to carry out overseas business.
在准备阶段，他/她将负责光伏发电厂的设计以及准备不同的优化方案，以使光伏发电厂全生命周期价值最大化。他/她应协助技术总监为业务团队开展海外业务提供所有的技术支持。
3.He/she shall be the responsible to prepare and lead technical conversations in relation of the projects with Employers, Consultant Engineers, Design Institutions, Vendors…etc.
他/她将负责准备和领导与雇主、顾问工程师、设计机构、供应商等与项目有关的技术对话。
4.He/she shall be responsible to analyse from the technical side all new and current upgraded equipment in the market in order to achieve the best results on the solar PV plants acquired and built. Together with the Technical Director, shall provide the technical inputs needed to prepare tender specifications and evaluations in tendering processes for the procurement of equipment, EPC services.
他/她将负责从技术角度分析市场上所有的新设备和升级的设备以使光伏发电厂获得最佳效果。应与技术总监一起，在设备采购、EPC服务招投标过程中编制技术规范，评估技术投入。
5. During the execution of projects, he/she, shall be responsible to analyse possible deviations from the intended design or technical specifications and to provide feedback and alternative viable solutions.
在项目执行期间，他/她应负责分析与预期设计或技术规范可能存在的偏差，并提供反馈和替代可行的解决方案。

Qualification Criteria （资历要求）
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Civil.
电气、电子、机械、土木工程本科或以上学历。
2.Minimum 3 years working in a similar position in Design institutions, Engineering firms, EPC contractors or Developers on Electrical PV plants design.
在设计院、工程公司、总承包、或开发商单位从事过类似光伏电站设计工作至少三年。
3. IT skills: Good at AutoCAD, PVsyst, WPS office , MS Project Planner
IT 技能: 擅长Good at AutoCAD, PVsyst, WPS office , MS Project Planner。
