项目工程师

岗位职责

1. 支持项目经理完成项目计划、管理到完工的全流程

Support Project Manager to be responsible for the overall project planning, manage and completion

2. 协调项目从确定资源需求、定义交付到制定详细计划

Coordinate projects from identifying resource requirement, defining deliver to making detailed planning

3. 审查项目计划和方案，并于项目经理合作制定合适的目标，确定项目职责

Review project plans and proposals, and work with project manager to develop proper objectives, identify project responsibilities

4. 负责项目施工过程中设计单位、监理单位、总承包单位、第三方检测单位之间的协调与管理工作，定期组织对工程项目的安全、质量、进度检查及考评工作

Responsible for the coordination and management among the design unit, the supervision unit, the general contracting unit, and the third-party testing unit during the project construction process, and regularly organize the safety, quality, progress inspection and evaluation of the project

5. 负责项目工程政府协调、现场协调管理、设计变更管理、安装工程管理

Responsible for project government authorities coordination, site coordination management, design change management, and installation engineering management

6. 监督项目工程安全文明施工、质量、进度情况检查等工作

Supervise the safety and civilized construction, quality, and progress inspection of the project

7. 负责工程图纸、资料、文件、合同整理、归类、收发、登记及保管等

Responsible for engineering drawings, materials, documents, contract sorting, classification, sending and receiving, registration and storage, etc.

8. 负责协调、配合公司内部各部门间的协调工作，及时处理施工过程中出现的问题

Responsible for coordinating and cooperating with the coordination work among the various departments of the company, and timely handling the problems arising during the construction

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，工程相关专业(机械或电气)，3年以上外资工程管理经验

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Major in mechanical or electrical engineering), over 3 years of foreign-funded project management experience

2. 具有较好的协调沟通能力和抗压能力，踏实上进，具备良好的团队协作精神和内外部沟通能力

Have good coordination and communication skills and the ability to resist pressure, be pragmatic, have a good teamwork spirit and internal/external communication skills

3. 熟悉建设法规、工程项目管理、建设项目风险相关知识，熟悉施工技术标准规范和验收标准

Familiar with construction regulations, project management, construction project risk related knowledge, familiar with construction technical standards and acceptance standards

4. 吃苦耐劳，责任心强

Hard-working, strong sense of responsibility

5. 熟悉使用Office & CAD软件

Familiar with using Office & CAD software

6. 较好的英语口语和书写能力

Good English in oral and written
