电池设备主任工程师

工作职责Job Responsibilities:

· 制定各生产设备各工序的全年保养计划，并安排人员保质保量的完成计划，确保生产设备正常运行。

Making plans for the whole year maintenance about the production equipment and make sure the production equipment is running smoothly

· 制定设备日常管理规范，并加以实施。关注部门人员岗位纪律及作业规范，发现问题及时纠正。

Develop the daily management specifications of the department and implement them. Pay attention to department staff discipline and job specification and find out the problem in time.

· 负责自动化设备项目推进实施（降本增效）。

Be responsible for the implementation of the automation equipment project.

· 负责审核每月备品备件计划，确保安全库存。负责制定设备的安全操作规程，预防出现人身及设备安全事故。

Be responsible for reviewing the monthly spare parts plan to ensure safety inventory. To be responsible for the safety operation procedure of the equipment, to prevent personal and equipment safety accidents

· 负责厂区设备能耗的管控，制定有效的管控方案。

To be responsible for the control of energy consumption in the plant area and to develop effective control plan.

· 定期组织对部门人员进行培训，提高员工技能水平。

Regularly organize personnel training to improve the skill level of employees.

· 负责设备管理工作，做好与其它部门之间沟通协调。

To be responsible for the daily management of the department and coordinate with other departments.

任职资格Qualifications:

· 教育背景：本科及以上学历，机电一体化或电气自动化等相关教育背景；

Educational : Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical automation or related education background;

· 工作经验：4年以上光伏行业工作经验或电子类工厂设备管理经验。

Experience : 4 years working experience in solar industry or electronics factory equipment management

· 熟悉电池片设备工艺流程及设备工作原理；熟练掌握办公软件、熟悉PLC、变频器等工作原理。

· 较强的专业能力和抗压能力熟悉常用自动控制线路设计与安装和维修；
