海外售前技术支持

1、潜在海外客户的售前技术咨询，技术支持，促使订单的发生；Potential customers pre-sales technical consultation,support, to contribute to the first order;

2、已有海外客户的售后服务，及时快速的解决产品问题；Current customers after-sales technical support, solve the problem swiftly and efficiently;

3、负责培训海外客户公司技术团队各项产品的使用方法和安装方法和维护方法；To train the customers technical team about products operation,installation and maintenance;

4、负责规划客户培训和撰写产品英文培训资料，以完成对海外客户的技术培训 To plan the training courses and edit documentations for products training.

5、收集海外客户意见和建议，推动产品改进和完善；To colleact customers needs and opinions, help to improve the products;

6、协调处理与海外客户的关系，与客户维护良好可持续的合作关系；To improve the relationship with customers, to ensure the long-term cooperation;

7、持续学习公司新产品，持续保持对海外光伏市场产品动态的敏感度，以保证自身技术能力；To learn the new products or technology continousely, to keep sensitive to the oversea solar market news for self-fresh;

任职资格：Job Requirements:

1、电气自动化或电力电子专业等相关专业本科以上学历，1-5年工作经验；Electrical Automation, Power electronics or other related majors, Bachelors degree at least, 1-5 years work experience;

2、具有良好的服务意识，乐于助人，具备基本的礼仪知识；Have sense to do service, like to help others, with basic manners for international business;

3、熟练使用办公软件；Familiar with office softwares;

4、具备较强的自学能力，交流合作能力，协调能力和抗压能力；Have self-learning,self-driving, cooperation,communication ability, could handle pressure well;

5、英语CET6级及以上，听说读写流利；CET 6 or above, good at listening,speaking,read and write;

6、具有新能源行业背景优先（了解并网逆变器，户用储能逆变器，锂电池，工商业，大电站储能）；Priority if you have solar energy experience(string inverter, hybrid inverter, Lith battery, CI, storage plant)

7、有海外留学海外工作背景优先；Priority if you have overseas study and work experience;

8、除了英文，有其他小语种能力优先；Priority if you can speak other languages except English.
