针对特殊技术要求订单，通过跨部门沟通协作保证订单顺利生产、验货并交付。

Introduce the technical request to the function dept. to for special request, ensure correct production and success delivery

参与并配合客户或客户委托的第三方验货机构进行审核或验货。

Cooperate the function dept. on customer/ or assigned 3rd party audit and pre-shipment inspection

整合内部资源，及时为客户或销售提供系统/产品/技术问题解决方案。

Integrate resource to find system/product/tech solutions for special request.

主导客户定制化产品项目，跨部门进行项目评审。根据结论推进产品实现或向客户建议替代方案。

Take the lead of assessment of Customized products project. Communicate with customer about the

product achievement or alternative proposal.

负责对客户反馈的各种信息进行汇总、整理，并及时响应，同时将信息递交相关领导；

Collect information which provided by customers and give feedback meanwhile report to leaders;

负责部门领导安排的其它临时性工作。

Accomplish the work which assigned by leaders.
