JD – EHS高级工程师

岗位职责：

1. 根据光伏业务的要求，编写、宣贯EHS要求和管理方法

Draft and disseminate a repository of EHS requirements and methods applicable to JV's activities.

2. 确保公司在EHS方面的合格性。 进行现场和办公室的HSE审核

Be the guarantor of regulatory compliance in terms of EHS. Audit sites and office.

3. 与人力资源部和上级协同制定员工在EHS领域的培训需求。

Define the training needs of staff in EHS in connection with the Human Resources department and hierarchies.

4. 协助人事行政部门，评估员工在差旅和日常工作中的安全条件。

By relying on HR/Administration department, assist passengers in assessing the safety conditions of travel and daily work

5. 评估和管理公司在光伏业务中的EHS风险，参与风险预防和控制的方案制定，向管理层汇报方案的结论

Manage the analysis and evaluation of EHS risks of JV's activities, participate in the definition of appropriate prevention and control measures, present the conclusions to the Management:

Promote the EHS culture among all employees and assist managers so that they integrate it into their management.

11. 定期向股东方EHS部门汇报

Ensure regular reporting on EHS Shareholders.

12. 领导安全事故的根源分析，并将结果和统计数据分享给相关部门和管理者

Analyze H3E accidents and incidents, distribute feedback, perform statistical analyses.

13. 制定应急响应计划

Define emergency plans adapted to society.

14. 制定EHS审核体系

Set up EHS audit systems.

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科学历或以上，理工科专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, and major in engineering or related

2. 良好的英语听说读写能力，会法语优先

Excellent English skill both in oral and written, French will be a plus.

3. 5年以上石化、能源、海工现场的EHS经验，其中至少两年光伏项目EHS经验。

5 years of experience in the field EHS （Oil and Gas, Energy, Marine), including experience in aspects EHS solar projects."

Ability to negotiate and convince, strength of proposal.
