电气运行倒班班长/副班长

职位描述：

• Leading the Shift Team to operate the plant in accordance with the Company's EHS rules and the operating procedures, supervising and directing the activities of shift operators to maintain the plant in normal operation.

带领值班团队按照公司EHS规定和操作规程运营本装置，督导本班人员的操作，使装置正常运行

• Manage the PTW process properly to ensure a safe condition for equipment maintenance and repairing

管理好工作许可流程，确保设备维护和维修工作的安全

• Responsible for emergency case handling and taking necessary actions to rectify the upset situation

负责事故处理，并采取必要措施纠正异常运行工况

• Keep close communication with the internal and external stakeholders to run smoothly the plant as planning

与内部与外部利益相关方保持密切沟通，使装置按计划平稳运行

• Other works instructed by Production Manager

落实生产经理安排的其他任务

职位要求：

? Minimum Education: college or above大专及以上学历

? Discipline/major: majors related to power plant, power supply system and electrical automation电厂、供电系统和电气自动化相关专业

? Working experience: minimum 5 years working experience in substation，Power Plant or power distribution grid 具有至少5年以上变电站、电厂或配电网的运行经验，有倒班或者值班经验者佳

? Management experience: minimum 2 years as leadership role 至少2年班长工作经验

? Language skills: can understand the technical documents in English with translation tools借助工具可看懂英文技术文件

? Motivation: willing to take shift work 愿意倒班

? Hard skills：Electrical basis, electronic technology, operation of electrical devices, fundamental knowledge about high-voltage techniques and structure of electrical apparatus; Familiar with electrical operating procedures and high or low voltage power supply system chart 掌握电工基础，电子技术，电气设备运行，继电保护，电机，高电压技术及电气设备构造等基本知识；熟悉电气运行操作规程及高低压供电系统图等

Familiar with the dispatching rule of electrical grid. 熟悉电网调度规则

? 特种高压电工作业证；

Soft skills:

Teamwork spirit, good at communication and coordination 具团队合作精神，善于沟通和协调

Good awareness of safety and environment 良好的安全环保意识
