光伏电池封装工程师

工作描述：

•与研发部门合作，开发设计和工艺变更，以提高设备性能

•与设备供应商（OEM）的对接

•支持全球（中国）客户现场的安装和调试阶段

•新设备和工艺规范

•在故障排除期间协调供应商，支持客户工程建设。

关于您：

•电气、机械、电子、物理和其他理工科专业，本科或以上学历

•至少5年光伏行业后端设备/工艺的工作经验，有薄膜太阳能后段封装经验者优先

•熟悉光伏组件的生产工艺、原材料、主流设备的特性和质量控制流程。

•有工厂建设、后段设备安装和调试经验者优先

•最好具有成功解决问题和排除故障的经验

•具有一定进度、预算和设备供应商对接的项目工程技能

•愿意在国际团队中工作，能够适应长、短期出差和居家办公的工作模式。

•熟悉SPC工具、CAD相关软件和文件控制者优先

•中英文流利

Job description:

• Development of design and process changes to improve equipment performance in cooperation with the R&D division

• Interface to equipment supplier (OEM)

• Support installation- and ramp up phase at customer sites worldwide (China)，

• Specification of new equipment and process

• Coordinate supplier and support customers engineers during troubleshooting

About you:

• Electrical, mechanical, electronic, physics and other science and engineering majors，Bachelor degree or above

• At least 5 years working experience in backend equipment / process in photovoltaic industry, and experience in thin-film solar backend is preferred

• Be familiar with the production process, raw materials, characteristics of mainstream equipment and quality control process of photovoltaic module.

• Experience in factory construction and backend equipment installation and ramp up is preferred

• Analytical approach, preferably with experience in successful problem solving and troubleshooting

• Project Engineering skills related to schedule, budget and equipment supplier interface

• Open to work in an international team.

• Knowledge of SPC tools, CAD related software and documentation control is a plus

• Fluent in English and Chinese
