MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (essential knowledge, skill, and/or ability for satisfactory job performance)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering background

EXPERIENCE:

10years (total experience) in Boiler Operation

5years (specific experience), in Power Plant

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

Power Boiler management

English knowledge spoken and written is must

Able to deal with various vendor (Technical Management)

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:

Technical understanding of machinery and equipment. Knowledge of quality control required for equipment life.

Advanced understanding of technological solutions in this market.

Shall aware of HSE programs, thorough understanding of instrument and control

engineering standards.

Ensures availability of himself during plant emergencies arise at any hour round the

clock.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Strong and Healthy

Adaptability to the new things, integrity, positive attitude, technical minded, critical, go

into detail, proactive

Has strong Leadership and communication skill and ability to communicate

effectively to lead guide the project team, the consultants, contractors and field workers.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SAFETY

Including Housekeeping, and maintain 5S+S in the Department.

Applies safe work practice at all time to ensure that HSE are performed

Understand and follows company safety rules, hours of work policy and accepted work

regulations

3. AREA RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Plant Engineering and Construction

Responsible for going to the plant construction and surveying the site and for any

irregularities, then analyze these observations as part of the process for creating system blueprints.

Supporting Area Coordinator as the Decision makers in cost management meeting to ensure their designs reflect the parameters of the project’s budget.

Know exactly the Design of Constructed Plant

Daily Report to Area Coordinator
