? Leading the Shift Team to operate the plant in accordance with the Company's EHS rules and the operating procedures, supervising and directing the activities of shift operators to maintain the plant in normal operation. 带领值班团队按照公司EHS规定和操作规程运营本装置，督导本班人员的操作，使装置正常运行

? Manage the PTW process properly to ensure a safe condition for equipment maintenance and repairing管理好工作许可流程，确保设备维护和维修工作的安全

? Responsible for emergency case handling and taking necessary actions to rectify the upset situation负责事故处理，并采取必要措施纠正异常运行工况

? Keep close communication with the internal and external stakeholders to run smoothly the plant as planning与内部与外部利益相关方保持密切沟通，使装置按计划平稳运行

? Other works instructed by Production Manager落实生产经理安排的其他任务

? Minimum Education: college or above大专及以上

? Discipline/major: Chemical engineering or environmental relevant 化工或环保类专业

? Working and industry experience: Minimum 5 years of operation experience in Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant or Chemical Plant至少5年以上危废焚烧或大型化工装置操作经验；

? Management experience: Minimum 2 years as shift leader 至少2年班长工作经验

? English skills: can understand the technical documents in English with translation tools借助工具可看懂英文技术文件

? Motivation: Willing to take shift work 愿意倒班

? Hard skills：

? Rich operation competence in waste incineration plant with panel operator experience当过废物焚烧炉集控操作员，具有丰富的废物焚烧厂运行经验

? Has a good theoretical foundation for waste incineration technology具备良好的废物焚烧技术理论基础

? Soft skills:

? team work, good at communication and coordination 具团队合作精神，善于沟通和协调
