This position is based in Thailand.
The main areas of responsibility and assignments of the employee:
- HR Strategic plan: Make the business unit HR strategic plan according to the company’s development plan, provide HR support to company’s development;
- Regulations: Organize and make the recruitment, training, CB, HR document management, stimulate policies and employee handbook, build up the execution rules and work procedures;
- Recruitment management: Build up the positions duties system and competency model, check the manpower requisition, select the recruitment channel, post jobs, select resumes, organize interview and get the interview feedback, do the hire process to meet the requirement from hiring department;
- CB management: Design business unit monthly bonus proposal and build up the benefits plan to control labor cost and stimulate employee;
- Training management: Build up training system, collect training needs and confirm training plan, do the fresh training, evaluate training performance, improve employee skills.
- Employee Relationship management: Build up and broadcast company’s culture, organize the employee activities, build employee communication and complaint channel, improve culture and employee spirit;
- Performance management: Organize and make each department KPI performance target, execute monthly and annually performance evaluation, build up employee promotion and transfer evaluation system to make the purpose of internal equalization and stimulate employee;
- Labor relationship management: Deal with employee labor dispute, update labor regulation regularly, build and execute contract management, to reduce the labor risk down to earth;
- Document management: follow Company’s document management policy to manage cells document.
Qualification Requirement:
- Requisite Education: Education background: Human Resource management and labor management or law related subject, bachelor and above degree.
- Work Experience: At least 8ys HR management relate experience
- Special Skills/ Knowledge: Strong communication and negotiation, organization ability, team worker, open logical thinking and serious.
- Language Skills:Fluent English and Mandarine
