仓库经理（泰国）

此岗位需派驻至泰国基地工作

主要工作职责：

安全管理：

1. 科学合理的规划全面的仓库安全管理体系，并负责推进实施和持续改善。

2. 加强人员、搬运设备及路线、物资存储、监控系统、账务及盘点流程等安全管理。

3. 不断提高全员的安全意识，推动全员安全管理，及时发现安全隐患和确保有效的落实安全管理措施。

Safety management:

1. Plan the comprehensive warehouse safety management system scientifically and reasonably, and be responsible for promoting the implementation and continuous improvement.

2. Strengthen the safety management of personnel, handling equipment and routes, material storage, monitoring system, accounting and inventory process.

3. Continuously improve the safety awareness of all staff, promote the safety management of all staff, timely discover the hidden safety risks and ensure the effective implementation of safety management measures.

仓储运营：

1、 科学的规划仓库设计和合理布局，优化产内、外物流及搬运路线及方法，提升仓储运营的高效。

2、 组织协调安排物资及时收、发，不断改善流程运行效率，确保订单及时发货，生产线正常运行。

3、 合理的安排物料的存储，确保仓库物资的质量，协调呆滞物资的处理，提升仓储利用率。

4、 提升仓库设备等资产的利用率，降低运营成本和提升效率。

5、 严格按照公司和财务管理制度及流程，做账务管控，加强仓库物资的账务监管。

6、 严格按照质量和EHS体系要求进行仓库管理，确保通过质量体系和客户或第三方机构审核要求。

Warehouse operation:

1. Scientifically planned warehouse design and reasonable layout, optimized internal and external logistics and handling routes and methods, and improved the efficiency of warehouse operation.

2. Organized, coordinated and arranged timely receipt and delivery of materials, constantly improved the efficiency of process operation, ensured timely delivery of orders and normal operation of production lines.

3. Reasonably arranged material storage, ensured the quality of warehouse materials, coordinated the disposal of stagnant materials, and improved the storage utilization rate.

4. Improve the utilization rate of warehouse equipment and other assets, reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.

5. Do accounting control in strict accordance with the company and financial management system and process, and strengthen the accounting supervision of warehouse materials.

6. Carry out warehouse management in strict accordance with the requirements of quality and EHS system, and ensure that it passes the audit requirements of quality system and customers or third party institutions.

团队管理：

7、 协调跨部门业务流程的管理和改善，提升同相关部门合作效率。

8、 持续推动仓库管理制度，提升人员作业效率。

9、 对团队成员进行工作监督和检查，异常问题处理的指导，确保工作顺利开展。

10、 团队成员定期的培训和考核，营造积极的团队氛围，激励和提升团队整体绩效水平。
