HSE高级工程师

岗位职责：

1. 根据光伏业务的要求，协助HSE经理宣贯HSE要求和管理方法

Assist the HSE manager in promoting HSE requirements and management methods applicable to JV's activities.

2. 确保公司在HSE方面的合格性。 进行现场和办公室的HSE审核

Be the guarantor of regulatory compliance in terms of HSE. Audit sites and office.

3. 评估和管理公司在光伏业务中的HSE风险，参与风险预防和控制的方案制定，协助HSE经理向管理层汇报方案的结论。

Manage the analysis and evaluation of HSE risks of JV's activities, participate in the definition of appropriate prevention and control measures, and assist the HSE manager in reporting the conclusions of the plans to the management.:

6. 对全体员工宣贯HSE文化，协助HSE经理将HSE贯彻到日常管理中

Promote the HSE culture among all employees and assist HSE managers so that they integrate it into their management.

7. 参与协助安全事故的根源分析，并将结果和统计数据分享给相关部门和管理者

Analyze HSE accidents and incidents, distribute feedback, perform statistical analyses.

8. 制定应急响应计划

Define emergency plans adapted to society.

9 根据要求，参与优化公司质量管理体系

Engage in optimization of quality management system.

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科学历或以上，理工科专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, and major in engineering or related

2. 良好的英语听说读写能力，会法语优先

Excellent English skill both in oral and written, French will be a plus.

3. 5年以上石化、能源、海工现场的HSE经验，其中至少两年光伏或风电项目HSE经验。

5 years of experience in the field HSE （Oil and Gas, Energy, Marine), including experience in aspects HSE solar or wind projects."

4. 具备一定的质量管理体系的知识

Fair knowledge on quality management system (QMS)

5. 脚踏实地，具备客户意识，有大局观，思路清晰

Pragmatic spirit with a sense of "customer service" and a method, rigor, organization, height of view.

6. 独立工作能力强，能够跨团队协调

Autonomous and transversal management capacity.

7. 杰出的分析能力，思路清晰

Outstanding analytical skills and mindset;

8. 了解根源行业市场，特别是光伏行业

Good understanding of energy market, Solar Power will be a strong plus;

9. 优秀的IT技能，熟悉office软件

outstanding IT systems skills including proficiency in office

10. 优秀的人际沟通水平, 具备很强的说服能力和谈判能力

Strong negotiation skills, ability to negotiate and convince, strength of proposal.
