项目质量工程师——Project Quality Engineer(J10769)

职责描述：

1、统筹项目质量及测量相关问题及对接客户；

2、负责与客户品质标准的沟通，将客户信息转换成内部标准；

3、指导PQE编写inline & offline MSOP，负责对外版MSOP翻译及评审；

4、负责对pack house的尺寸及外观对标等事宜；

5、负责项目各阶段质量数据，以及DOE数据的收集整理分析及交付审核;

6、负责对接客诉，制程异常&测试性能失效分析主导并跟进改善闭环及FACA回复；

7、负责客需测量设备FAT&SAT 验收确认工作；

8、参与设计相关工程变更的质量、性能风险评估及管控评审;

9、跟踪和监控流程执行质量和阶段性产品质量目标达成情况;

10、上级交办的其他事项。

1、Coordinate project quality ，measure related issues and interface with customers;

2、Responsible for communicating with customers' quality standards and converting customer information into internal standards;

3、Guide PQE to prepare inline&offline MSOP, and be responsible for translation and review of external MSOP;

4、Responsible for the size and appearance benchmarking of the pack house;

5、Rresponsible for the collection, sorting, analysis and delivery review of quality data and DOE data at all stages of the project;

6、Responsible for dealing with customer complaints, leading the process abnormal&test performance failure analysis, and following up the improvement of closed-loop and FACA response;

7、Responsible for FAT&SAT acceptance and confirmation of customer demand measuring equipment;

8、Participate in quality and performance risk assessment and control review of design related engineering changes;

9、rack and monitor the process implementation quality and the achievement of phased product quality objectives;

10、Other matters assigned by the superior.

任职要求：

1、学历要求:本科及以上学历;

2、专业要求:理工科专业(优先);

3、工作经验要求:有二年以上相关工作经验优先;

4、技能要求:熟悉SPC、QC七大工具、8D问题分析等质量工具，具备异常数据分析能力，熟悉相关数据分析工具;

5、语言要求:CET-4及以上(英文听说读写流利优先);

6、其他要求:具备较强抗压能力，语言表达及沟通协作能力。

1、Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above;

2、Major requirements: Major in science and engineering (preferred);

3、Work experience requirements: More than two years of relevant work experience is preferred;

4、Skill requirements: Be familiar with SPC, QC seven tools, 8D and other quality tools, have the ability to analyze abnormal data, and be familiar with relevant data analysis tools;

5、Language requirements: CET-4 or above (fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred);

6、Other requirements: high stress tolerance，strong expression、communication and cooperation ability.
