现场质量工程师—Process Quality Engineer(J11349)

职责描述：

1、负责制定质量控制计划、检验规范，测量方法开发，制定MSOP；?

2、负责检验仪器&检测人员测量系统计划、实施、分析、改进；

3、负责对不合格品从发现、标识、隔离、处理全过程管理；

4、负责制程检验管理IT化的推进；

5、负责制程质量数据的分析、反馈及有效性管理；

6、负责质量标准、流程、执行符合性审核&改善（内部、外部）；

7、负责QPA审核计划、实施及问题改善闭环管理。

1、Draw up a quality control plan、inspection specification，measurement method development and MSOP；

2、Responsible for the planning, implementation, analysis and improvement of the measuring system for inspection instruments & inspection personnel；

3、Responsible for the whole process management of defective product from discovery, identification, isolation and treatment;

4、Responsible for the IT promotion of process inspection management;

5、Responsible for process quality data analysis, feedback and effectiveness management;

6、Responsible for quality standard, process, implementation of compliance audit & improvement (internal and external);

7、Responsible for the plan, implementation and problem improvement closed-loop management of QPA.

任职要求：

1、学历要求：本科及以上；

2、专业要求：理工科类专业优先；

3、经验要求：一年以上相关岗位工作经验；

4、技能要求：熟悉QC 7大工具、SPC、MSA、DOE、FMEA、8D、公差分析等质量工具并能熟练运用；

5、语言要求：英语听说读写能力良好。

1. Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Major requirements: engineering majors are preferred;

3. Experience requirements: more than one year working experience in related position;

4. Skill requirements: familiar with QC 7 tools, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, 8D, tolerance analysis and other quality tools and can skillfully use them;

5. Language requirements: Have a good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
