组件设备经理

1、 负责车间设备的安全改善；Responsible for the safety improvement of workshop equipment;

2、 负责组织设备操作人员和设备维护维修人员的技能安全培训考核工作；Responsible for organizing the skills and safety training and assessment of equipment operators and equipment maintenance and repair personnel

3、 负责组织编制设备操作规范和维护维修规程编制工作；Responsible for organizing the preparation of equipment operation specifications and maintenance and repair procedures

4、 学习推广先进设备的使用管理，提高设备管理水平；Learn and promote the use and management of advanced equipment to improve the level of equipment management

5、 负责新增生产设备的评估、安装、调试、运行状态追踪记录及协助相关部门设备验收工作；Responsible for the evaluation, installation, commissioning, running status tracking and recording of new production equipment and assist relevant departments in equipment acceptance

6、 负责制定生产设备预防性维护计划，并确保存档资料的完整性；Responsible for formulating preventive maintenance plans for production equipment and ensuring the integrity of archived data

7、 逐步推行设备维修维护标准化,对设备维修维护/设备导致的质量风险都便于更好的管控；Gradually implement the standardization of equipment maintenance and maintenance, and facilitate better control of equipment maintenance and quality risks caused by equipment

8、 负责设备巡检，确保设备正常运行；Responsible for equipment inspection to ensure the normal operation of the equipment

9、 根据使用设备的运行状况提出可行性改善方案；Propose a feasible improvement plan according to the operating conditions of the equipment used.

10、负责设备文件管理；Responsible for equipment file management.

11、 备件成本消耗控制；Spare parts cost consumption control

12、 完成上级领导随时下达的其他工作任务。Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders at any time
