职责描述:

1. 项目竞标

-了解储能的成本结构,向业务部门提供与成本有关的信息;

- 支持销售团队准备有竞争力的标书,审查项目预算;

- 审查招标的商业条款,基准偏差并准备商业标书,负责在项目招标过程中澄清商业标书;

- 为项目的商业和财务方案提出灵活可行的优化方案,以支持业务发展团队,促进这种优化并寻求批准。

2. 合同工程和谈判

- 了解不同商业目的的各种交易结构,识别潜在的商业风险并提出解决方案;

- 牵头修改/调整合同的商业条款或其他形式的具有法律约束力的文件,优化公司的合同模板,在合同中设计合适的商业(最好也是法律)条款,以满足各种类型的合同需求;

- 直接和间接参与谈判,特别是与全球一级客户和来自不同国家背景的欧洲商业伙伴的谈判;

- 横向分析不同的全球关键客户(IKA)合同条款,定制一套适用于跨区域IKA项目的合同基准;

- 组织与合同审查和合同风险管理有关的职能。

3. 合同后管理

1. Project bidding

-Understand the cost structure of Battery Energy Storage System and provide cost-related information to business units;

- Support sales teams to prepare competitive bids and review project budgets;

- Review the commercial terms of the tender, benchmark deviations and prepare the commercial tender, responsible for clarifying the commercial tender during the project tender process;

- Propose flexible and feasible optimizations for the commercial and financial solutions of the project to support the business development team, facilitate such optimizations and seek approvals.

2. Contract works and negotiation

- Understand the various transaction structures for different business purposes, identify potential business risks and propose solutions;

- Take the lead in amending/adapting the commercial terms of the contract or other forms of legally binding documents, optimizing the company's contract template and designing suitable commercial (preferably also legal) terms in the contract to meet various types of contract needs;

- Participate directly and indirectly in negotiations, in particular with Tier 1 global customers and European business partners from different national backgrounds;

- Horizontal analysis of different Global Key Customer (IKA) contract clauses and customized a set of contract benchmarks applicable to cross-regional IKA projects;

- Organize functions related to contract review and contract risk management.

3. Post-contract management

- Working closely with the sales team and project management team to participate in project lifecycle management and provide commercial support, covering topics such as cash flow management, payment management, insurance, bank guarantee management and support contract dispute resolution;

- Management of business documents for internal audit, including quotations, proposals and contracts.

任职要求:

1、 热爱新能源行业,有海外光伏逆变器、储能相关产品从业经验者优先。

2、 英语听说读写能力优秀,有第二语言者优先。

3、 从事新能源行业海外销售、业务拓展、两年以上经验;

4、 本科学历及以上,品貌端庄,具有良好的道德品质和职业操守;

5、 具有良好的沟通协调、商务接洽以及优秀的应变能力;

6、 能根据要求不定期海外出差。
