Responsibilities:
1.First line technical support for our clients on site and service calls for our customers
2.Handling and solving technical problems of existing installations and handling service
calls;
3.Providing technical training
4.Draw up technical documents (technical procedures, technical specifications and technical presentations)
5.Work closely with other departments, including sales and engineering, to ensure that customer service standards are consistently met 6. Providing advice to installers and are service-oriented.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree/qualification and electrical engineering background;
2.2+ years of experience in technical PV or Storage support functions and customer service management
3.You have Knowledge of solar panel technologies, inverters storage systems and mounting materials;
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6.Prefer speak fluent English and Mandarin
7.ComfortablewithmainITpackages,SAPEnterprise,Outlook,MSTeams, CRM (Salesforce)
