焊接工程师

岗位职责：

1. 熟悉并可熟练应用ISO15614-1/-2&ISO15613等相关系列标准，能够根据具体产品要求识别出需新增的WPQR项目并完成后续评定工作；

Be familiar with and experienced applying ISO15614-1/-2&ISO15613 standards, be able to identify new required WPQR items according to detailed product requirements and fulfill the following assessments works.

2. 熟悉并可熟练应用ISO9606-1/-2等相关标准，完成新焊工和老焊工的新取证及复证工作，并对焊工资质进行有效管控;

Be familiar with and experienced applying ISO9606-1/-2 standards, take charge in obtaining and renewal of welder certifications, and effectively manage welders’ qualification.

3. 焊接基础知识扎实，可对新进焊工和学徒焊工进行相关培训，例如：识图，焊缝标注，焊接设备的调试与使用，焊缝外观检验等;

With solid welding knowledge, take charge in the training to new welders and welder trainees, including drawing reading, weld seam remark, test and use of welding equipment, appearance test of weld seam.

4. 负责制定焊接工艺流程、平面布局，编制焊接工艺文件；

Responsible for welding process, plane layout, compiling welding procedures;

5. 生产过程中负责提供焊接技术支持、技术服务，对焊接质量进行跟踪；

Responsible for providing technical support and technical service of welding during production, follow up the welding quality.

6. 配合相关部门做好焊接方面生产人员的岗位培训和技术指导；

Assist relevant department with welding training and technical guidance to welding related workers;

7. 针对生产过程中发生的，或反馈的质量及工艺问题，及时进行分析和总结，不断提高和完善焊接工艺；

Analyze and summarize quality and technical process issues occurred or raised during production in a timely manner, continuously improve welding technology;

8. 负责焊接工装及设备的维护保养；

Responsible for welding fixtures and equipment maintenance;

9. 完成上级交代的其他任务。

任职要求Qualifications：

1. 本科或以上，材料成型与控制或金属材料相关专业，具有IWE或CWI资质优先；

Bachelor or above, major in material molding and control, or metal material or relative, obtained IWE or CWI certification;

2. 至少2年以上铝合金材料焊接经验，具有大型工业企业焊接技术或焊接工程师相关经验；

At least 2 years’ experience in aluminum welding, with welding technology or welding engineer experience in large-scale manufactures.

3. 熟悉常规的无损检测方法，并了解ISO或EN相关测试、验收及人员资质标准；

Be familiar with general NDT methods, understand ISO or EN standards in testing, acceptance and personnel qualification.

4. 具有ISO3834和EN1090焊接体系相关工作经验

With ISO3834 & EN1090 welding system related working experience.

5. 较强的图纸理解能力和英语阅读能力，能充分理解英文图纸和技术资料。

Good at understanding mechanical drawing, be able to read English drawing and technical specifications.

6. 较强的计算机运用能力，熟练使用Office软件。

Good at using computer and office software.
