Job Description

As our design engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting structural drawings for wind tower related structures, as well as reviewing specifications, making technical documentation, and performing strength analyses. You will work with various departments to coordinate projects and ensure compliance with regulations and standards, while also communicating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

1.Analyzing of the technical documentation and design specifications of the customer,

2.Making production technical documentation (2D, 3D) according to production technology,

根据生产工艺制作生产技术文档（2D、3D）

3.Preparation of prototypes, concepts and solutions to problems presented by customer,

4.Performing static and strength calculations both manually and with software (Ansys),

5.Optimization of customer projects (such as "cost-out"), material conversion such as steel structures to aluminum,

6.Supporting and cooperation with the production department in terms of production method, time and technology,

Requirements and Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering,

机械工程或制造工程学士学位

2.5+ years of design experience preferred in the wind energy industry,

5年以上的风能行业设计经验优先

3.Experience and knowledge of sheet metal working and welding processes, obtained from a similar position,

4.Proficiency in technical drawings, materials, tolerances, etc,

5.Strong analytical skills,

6.Experience with Excel, Inventor(solidworks, Creo,UG), and Ansys,
