Finance GBU - BI实施分析师 (MJ000147)

岗位职责：

Working with Corp. & regional Finance team & IT team

? Assist in the development and execution of ad hoc business, and performance reporting using BI-tools and/or query languages

? Create dashboards, visualization utilizing notebooks and tools like Power BI & TM1 to use across the organization for different stakeholders

? Create, prepare, and distribute accurate reports to business units as needed/requested

? Support efforts to rationalize and simplify reporting

? Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams from various business units and IT to promote successful project completion

? Support data accuracy and integrity through Data Governance decisions/rulings

? Develop and maintain effective relationships with user communities, learning about their content in order to track trends and metrics based on findings and insights across multiple digital product initiatives and websites

? Installation, configuration, coordination & planning of BI technologies

任职要求：

? Bachelor degree at least in a related field; experience in working with finance & accounting area preferred

? 2-3 years of relevant experience

? Good English in written and work environment

? Strong project management skill & communciation skill

? Self motivated, strong sense of service and cooperation, good team work

? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

? Must have Experience in using common BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL, IBM Cognos-TM1, etc ? Experience in Python, VBA, C++ a plus

? Experience with Oracle, or another ERP system a plus

? Experience with Hyperion Essbasse or Hyperion Financial Management a plus
