职位描述

1.定期对负责的市场营销环境、客户目标、营销计划、业务活动进行核查分析,及时调整营销策略和计划,确保完成营销目标和营销计划;Regularly verify and analyze the responsible marketing environment,

customer goals, marketing plans, and business activities, adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner, and ensure the completion of marketing goals and plans.

2.掌握海外国家和行业政策,根据市场情况制定价格和销售策略;Mastering overseas countries and industry policies,formulating pricing and sales strategies based on market conditions.

3.指导并协助销售团队进行客户开拓和合同谈判签署;Guide and assist the sales team in customer development and contract negotiation signing.

4.定期走访区域内重点客户,及时了解和处理问题,做好客户维护;Regularly visit key customers in the region,promptly understand and handle issues,and maintain customer relationships.

5.负责销售团队的建设和成长,培养专业的销售团队,参与建立销售团队激励机制,激发销售人员进行客户开拓和维护。Responsible for the construction and growth of sales teams,cultivating professional
