岗位职责:

Product Development Engineer (ESS)

Job Responsibility：

position statement:

1. Responsible for product planning and management of RESS or C&I product field, undertaking product line 531 planning, formulating product and technology roadmap, and building product competitiveness;

2. Responsible for the technology and project management of RESS or C&I products, and ensure the delivery of platform products;

3. Undertake the role of RESS or C&I product customer project development representative, responsible for the design review and sample test verification review and delivery of all stages of product development;

4. Responsible for pre-sales solutions and after-sales technical support, and responsible for the competitiveness of product solutions and product quality.

PD产品开发工程师（ESS）

岗位职责：

1、负责RESS或C&I产品领域的产品规划管理，承接产品线531规划，制定产品和技术路标，构建产品竞争力；

2、负责RESS或C&I产品领域的平台项目的技术及项目管理，保障平台产品交付落地；

3、承担RESS或C&I产品客户项目开发代表角色， 负责产品开发各个阶段的设计评审和样件测试验证评审及交付；

4、承担售前解决方案和售后技术支持工作，对产品方案竞争力和产品质量负责。

任职要求:

Job requirements:

1, electronics, electrical, automation, machinery and other engineering background, bachelor degree or above;

2. More than three years of overseas working experience, more than 4 years of experience in energy storage product development, rich system design ability;

3. Rich experience in product management and project management, able to lead and guide new people in work;

4. Good expression and communication skills;

5. English can be used as a working language, skilled in German, Italy and other small language ability is preferred.

职位要求：

1、电子、电气、自动化、机械等工科背景，本科及以上学历；

2、在海外当地具有三年以上工作经验，4年以上储能产品开发工作经验，丰富的系统设计能力；

3、丰富的产品管理和项目管理经验，能够在工作上带领和指导新人；

4、有较好的表达和沟通能力；

5、英语可以作为工作语言，熟练掌握德语、意大利语等小语种能力者优先。
