质量文控实习生

Job summary:

Support to maintain enterprise-wide product and process quality control related files and product data according to standard requirements to ensure the correct implementation. Support to optimize quality system and product certification.

协助根据标准要求维护公司范围内的产品和过程质量控制相关文件和产品数据，以确保正确实施。协助优化质量体系和产品认证相关。

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

? Safety安全

1. Compliance with company safety rules 遵守公司的安全规定

2. Compliance with 5S 遵守5S相关要求

? Quality质量

1. Support for the quality management system document control, including the release of procedures, working instructions, engineering drawings, etc., and related paper documents archive, issue and retrieve work.

协助参与质量体系的文件控制，包括程序文件、作业规范/指导书、工程图纸等正式发行以及纸档文件的收发和销毁等工作；

2. Support for the maintenance of SAP ITEM master data, BOM, etc., and maintain the ITEM status. 协助SAP系统ITEM主数据、BOM等的维护；及时更新物料状态。

3. PCO implementation monitoring and follow-up with related windows.

协助监督PCO的执行情况，并与相关窗口沟通。

4. PPAP system documentation monitoring and status maintenance.

负责对PPAP系统文件的监督检查和状态的维护。

5. Support Internal/External Audit and improvement actions follow up.

协助内外部审核和改善措施的跟踪；

? Delivery and Cost出货和费用

1. Provide support for projects operation related to SAP system.

为工厂SAP系统相关项目的运作提供支持；

2. Support for registration of product deviation and related data maintenance timely.

协助特采记录的登记和相关数据的及时维护；

Key Qualifications:

? Junior college degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred大专及以上学历，机械工程专业优先

? Excellent PC skills (MS Office) 优秀的电脑操作技巧（MS Office）

? Be meticulous and patient in doing things做事仔细且有耐心

? Good English written and verbal skills良好的英语读写能力

? Good communication skills and teamwork spirits. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作

? Good ability to learn and adapt to changes at work. 具备良好的主动学习和适应工作变化的能力

注：需2025年毕业在校生，一周可工作3天左右
