CS Intern（客户服务实习生）

Requirements:

？ Junior or Senior in University, better major in International Business or Logistics.

？ Good English communication skill for reading & writing.

？ Good office software skill, like Excel & Word.

？ Good communication skill with courtesy.

？ Be able to work under pressure and time limitation.

？ Graduate in 2025.

Responsibilities：

？ Order entry and order acknowledge.

？ Consolidate/Arrange shipments of various products and orders and provide shipping documents as required.

？ Deal with customer inquiries.

？ Deal with customer complaints.

？ Do related reports.

？ Support other CS with simple work.

？ Mainly manage Intercompany Customers.

？ Work with related departments, like buyer/planner, QA, RD, Finance, etc.
