SEP (Malta) Holding Ltd.

SEP (Malta) Holding Ltd.（SEPM）was founded on 26th November 2014, as the subsidiary of Shanghai Electric Power Company Limited, a company that has a history over a hundred years, to continue its story in the European market. At the same time, it is also an important attempt to actively respond to the Belt Road Initiative goal of the State and the State Power Investment Corporation（SPIC）. SEPM dedicates to providing green energy solutions, with the major operations in generating power from various energy sources including gas, solar and wind; distributing energy via the power grid; and providing additional energy services. Currently，SEPM is doing several projects, such as D3 power plant, Mozura wind farm in Montenegro, and photovoltaic projects on the island of Malta, and participated in shares of the Enemalta to provide power distribution, energy services and other businesses.
