Senior Manager of Pack Design动力电池组高级经理

<strong>岗位职责：</strong>

Lead and direct the pack engineering activities in BTC to assure the successful implementation of approved pack programs, including design, testing, integrations and system validations;

Define and document Product Technical Specifications to support vehicle level technical requirements and any specific application needs;

As the company’s subject expert, this position must be able to provide in-depth technical know-hows in developing advanced battery pack solutions, including battery chemistry, thermal management, BMS systems requirement, structural integrity, testing and vehicle applications.

Develop and implement pack engineering strategies to assure the sustainable competitiveness of Boston-Power battery pack products in performance, reliability, safety and cost.

Recruit, train and motivate team members, balance resources, set-up priorities and promote communications and teambuilding.

Ensure product deliverables in terms of quality, cost and timing

Consolidate and present status reports at regular schedules, and represent the company to appear and/or speak on battery pack subjects as needed

<strong>任职要求：</strong>

Master degree in Engineering or equivalent ; PhD a plus

工科或相似专业硕士学位，博士优先

Ideal candidate will come out of an established Automotive/EV Battery Pack organization

At least 10 years of experience in EV pack engineering, vehicle engineering or similar areas

Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing high caliber engineers and teams

Good understanding of Thermal Management of lithium-ion battery systems and EV applications, experience in thermal modeling and CFD development is preferred

Proven track record of product development leadership and delivering results within a complex and global organization
